  27. Should have point out WHICH of the three it was in.  :\  But call NewTek,
  28. Inc. at (913) 228-8282 between 8:00am and 8:00pm CST Mon through Fri (Friday
  29. up to 6:00PM CST) armed with your serial number and go from there.  My guess
  30. is that they've had several requests on getting replacements.  A good
  31. reference manual always falls apart.  :)
